The hotel is very conveniently located near a tram stop. it provides quick, free access to the city center. I found that very useful. the staff members at the front desk were also friendly. the room was clean and modern, which i appreciated.
The rooftop bar was closed . this was unexpected. I wanted to enjoy the views and relax there. the room lacked an iron, inconvenient. the loud music from the dj downstairs was disturbing. It continued even on the third floor.

the staff provided happy and smiley service , a detail i found quite cute. food was excellent and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was amazing. i appreciated the interesting and quirky decor, giving the premises a unique character.
i found the hotel listed parking, but it was not guaranteed. all spots were occupied upon arrival, forcing us to find alternative parking further away. the parking ticket was not included.
